A Critical Differentiation that Makes a Critical Difference Quavant, registered in both the United States and Iraq, focuses on meeting the needs of developing communities, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Africa.

Unlike many communications technology companies, Quavant not only delivers fully functioning, comprehensive information & communications technology (ICT) networks, we also empower local people to manage and grow those networks for long-term benefit. By providing the training, resources, and mentoring necessary to build business, financial, and relationship management skills, Quavant helps position developing communities for sustainable, long-term growth.

Beyond Technical Expertise Even in the most demanding environments, Quavant offers developing communities, and the organizations who support them, a unique and distinctive skill set that allows us to successfully implement communications networks and empower local people to use, manage, and operate these networks for growth and financial viability.

Our core team possesses not only technical and entrepreneurial business expertise to deliver voice and data communications infrastructure, we also have first-hand experience overcoming the challenges and barriers faced by developing communities. Despite rigorous physical, institutional, political, and organizational roadblocks, we possess the ingenuity and agility to negotiate the most complex circumstances, as evidenced by our recent completion of a wireless broadband network in Baghdad, Iraq.

Highly self-reliant and resourceful, we make it a priority to familiarize ourselves with local culture and customs to avoid missteps that can impede the progress of a project. We work in multi-cultural teams that include both English and Arabic speakers to reduce communication barriers and help streamline project deployment.
