Partnering/Joint Ventures Quavant provides services to companies, governments, and organizations based on the nature of the project and the needs of the community. We may provide ICT Infrastructure only, Community Empowerment only or both.

For example, we may contract with funding organizations and primary contractors with traditional pre-defined business processes to implement the ICT Infrastructure phase of the project. In these cases we are often the prime contractor to the funding agency directly or a sub-contractor to a prime delivering services over a period of months.

We can also work directly with developing communities as a traditional contractor or joint venture partner to deliver ongoing operations and business management skills as part of the Community Empowerment initiative. This critical transition can be a slow process, the transfer of skills and the development of human capital may take years. Often the traditional funding mechanisms available for the ICT Infrastructure phase are insufficient or unavailable during this curial period. Quavant can assist in bridging this gap with creating entrepreneurial joint venture partnerships that invest in the future of developing communities. Within this relationship the development of the local human capital, local wealth and achieving a self-sustaining operation remain our guiding principals.
